Rolin started Riverbend with a simple premise: treat every project like it's the only one. That's still how we operate. We take on a handful of significant projects each year—and give each one everything we’ve got.
How We Work
We operate on a cost-plus model. You pay the actual cost of materials, labor, and subcontractors—plus our fee. That's it.
No markups hidden in “allowances”. No margin buried in “change orders”. No incentive for us to let scope creep or drag timelines. You see every invoice. You know exactly where your money goes.
We maintain a revolving retainer that keeps your project funded and moving without the cash-flow games that plague typical construction. Our incentive is your satisfaction—not your confusion.
Who we work with
We specialize in luxury whole-home remodels, major additions, and ground-up custom builds—typically ranging from $200k to $2M or more.
Our clients understand quality and the value of their investment. They may feel they were burned by the traditional contracting model somewhere in the past or are just perceptive enough to see it coming. They want a builder they can trust completely.
